​When I was new to meditating this guided meditation was a Godsend. Being told when to breath and given something to focus on was essential in my meditation development. It is suggested that you read the et prior to starting the meditation. I hope this guided meditation is as valuable to you, as it was in my spiritual journey. I accept and love the Godhead/Christ Consciousness within, I acknowledge and love the Godhead Christ Consciousness within my brothers and sisters on Earth, in the Universe and throughout the Galaxy.
