Excitement is in the air around me, this feeling of excitement radiates from the inside out. This is not a feeling that can be described with words. This is an overall attitude, a vibration that is felt in the space around me. There is a degree of vibration around each individual on this planet. As a child I thought everybody could sense the vibration surrounding others. While growing up the realization struck most didn’t, in order to fit in the feeling was ignored. The old saying “use it or lose it” is true, but recently the feeling has been returning. Maturity has brought the ability to pick and choose what is focused in on.
Dealing with challenges in life and coping on a higher level of thinking has allowed these feelings to happen more frequently these days. A decision was made years ago to just live in the moment, don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow. Since deciding to stop trying to control the outcome of life, something wonderful has been achieved. Sometimes I remember to handle life on the now basis, sometimes that inner voice makes it hard.
The voice of worry and uncertainty tries to speak, but is immediately turned down. Making a conscious decision to be positive every day is not easy, but worth it. To fully enjoy life’s mysteries you have to just go with the flow, envision the up side of any challenge. Since deciding to handle my existence in the now, clarity has been gained, my horizons have been widened, and a better perspective on life has been obtained. It has opened up the communication skills to understand others on a higher level.
Gone is the need to have the last word or be in control of all situations. Outsiders’ opinions have no bearing on how I feel about me. When you no longer serve me any purpose you are dismissed. Yes, I am a legend in my own mind and I like it. I don't know where this excitement is coming from. It’s in the air around me, things are about to change. Not sure what the changes will be, but certain it will be for the better. This life is my god given gift, pretty sure he wants me to be happy while enjoying every minute of it.
