My belief is God provides answers to all of life’s questions through your soul. We are all here to learn, earth is the school, and the people you encounter are your classmates. For whatever reason you have chosen to incarnate together, and learn from each other what you need to advance as a soul. Everything is pre-written right down to every individual you spend time with.  My spirituality constantly keeps me on the search for ways to be happy. Currently this search has led to the study of how to let go of negative energy.  This has not been an easy task, but I am determined to follow the steps instructed to reach my goal. Step one was to become intimate with myself. I laughed until the meaning of this was fully understood.
     Intimacy with of oneself requires that the heart be aligned with the soul. I was not aware that the soul and the heart were not the same. You have to dispel the theory any outside influence is responsible for your moods.  You and only you are responsible for your emotions. Learning the points were energy entered and released from your body was also advised. These exercises are truly working. I feel more relaxed and balanced.  Wished more people would take the time to read books like this.
     When a book is about making money, getting the most attractive mate, losing weight or how to fix a broken relationship people are quick to purchase them. We are captivated by books that enhance our outer life. The authors become rich, books are sold out, and you are even willing to stand in line waiting for a copy.  A book that teaches you about your emotional well-being and mental balance is not as exciting, we are not so quick pay attention. 
     This book has been helpful and wasn’t expensive, there appears to be a surplus of copies because it is being sold for .42 cents on Amazon. The belief is humans are evolving if you are not willing to take part in the change you will be left behind. The new way involves getting in touch with your emotions, treating others with kindness, consideration and respect. If we practice these simple rules life would be better for all.

     Call mom I hear the phone say OK calling Nathan. Who is Nathan? Why are you calling Nathan? Stop, stop you stupid phone, oh my god he is answering. There is a male voice on the other end, I stutter, not sure what to say to ole Nathan. I hadn’t spoken to him in months.  He was someone that I met and things didn’t work out.  I didn’t know the number was still in my contacts.  For some reason this stupid smart phone decided that it would be a good idea to phone him.  One thing was certain that name didn’t sound anything like mom.  The Gods must be angry with me; there I sat at the traffic light looking like a crazy woman with my face all screwed up.  I can’t just hang up, what if he has caller ID he will know it’s me. Try explaining to a person you really didn’t want to talk to that the phone dialed the number.  After all I am a grown woman; I should know how to use a smart phone correctly.  Sorry Nate my phone called you, that just sound like I am slightly demented.  I am because this phone is driving me nuts! 
     One day it understands me, the next day it’s as if smart phone shift is over and stupid phone shift begins.  It is often as if we are speaking two different languages, every thing that is asked to be looked up or done is totally misunderstood.  Let’s not forget about auto correct, my sister received a text message from me that said “Morning, hoe you doing?” Lol, still laughing at that one, instead of her telling me about the typo she just responded “Doing good sis, hope your morning is going well too.”  To be honest I was never cell phone savvy to begin with.  
     My cell phone skills were complete novice, I was still in the flip phone era up until 2015.  It was comfortable with the flip phone, only thing required was to press the button to answer and make calls.  There was no repeating who you wanted to call.  True, always thought texting was stupid and a waste of energy, why not to just call.  Really didn’t start texting until I met a gentleman from another state.  The flip phone didn’t have long distance service. Texting became our way of communicating on a daily basis.  Wow, finally figured out why texting was so popular. The flip phone and I were together for years before I traded up.  Was it really trading up?  I am beginning to wonder.  Can’t seem to get this phone to do anything, for such a smart phone it sure acts really stupid at times.

Got into a conversation with a gentleman at work today. He was talking about all the different religions there were. There are two things you don't discuss at work, politics and religion. Today I discovered a polite way of not really saying much on the subject of religion. I commented on how when I was in 5th grade the teacher conducted an experiment of how well people listen and pay attention. Our desk were in several rows, she whispered something into the first student's ear in the first row, he turned to next person behind him to repeat what the teacher said, they in turn told the person behind them. This continued until each person in the class had the opportunity to hear what was whispered. The last person in the last row had to stand up and reveal what was said. Every time no matter what was whispered, people added, took out and just plain made up what was originally said. I told the man, that's how I feel about religion it all originated from the same source, somewhere along the line man kept adding, subtracting and creating different versions of the original truth. Gave him something to think about.
